This is your PPP Account, such as jsmith

 

Your E-Mail Name (POP3 Account)
This is the first part of your e-mail address, such as jsmith in jsmith@nehalemtel.net

 

Password
This is the password you specify at signup and it is the same for your User Name and E-Mail Name.
