He has served in various capacities and has been with the company for over 28 years. He is married with two children. He enjoys Fishing, hunting and motorcycle riding. He recently stated "Nehalem Tel is a company that cares about their employees and the employee's family. "
 Bill Dillard, Engineer/Purchasing

Bill is responsible for the design of new telephone plant. He also searches and buys needed items for the outside plant facilities and customer premise equipment. Bill has been employed by Nehalem Telephone for 17 years. He has been married for eight years to his wife Nancy. They have 3 children: Tana 6 years old, B.J who is 4 years old and Ryan who is 14 months. Bill enjoys dirt bike riding, golfing, fishing, hunting and camping. When asked what he enjoys most about Nehalem Tel, he replied, "the folks whom I work with and the challenges my position in the company produces."
 Jeff Schlip, Communication Tech

Jeff has worked for the phone company for 22 years. He is currently responsible for service orders, record keeping and trouble calls. He and his wife Patty have three sons: Nathan, Matthew, Kyle and a niece Christina. Jeff loves to go fishing and boating. He likes working for Nehalem Tel because of the great co-workers, the reliability of the company and being able to work in this beautiful area.
 Michael Grimes, Construction

Michael's duties include installing new cable, setting and maintaining pedestals. He also wires homes from the pedestals to the SNI. Michael is married to wife Angie and they have a year old daughter, Isabella. He enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his family. Michael say’s he enjoys the pleasant work environment and being able to work so close to home.
 Rod Grimes, Outside Plant Technician

Rod has enjoyed over 4 years of working with the company. His family includes his wife Jessica, 2 daughters, 3 step children, 5 grandchildren and in-laws and out-laws too numerous to mention. Rod loves hunting, fishing, woodworking and old car restoration. Rod also likes the people he works with and especially Lee and Vicky.

Kim has worked for Nehalem Tel for over 23 years. She is responsible for directory information and applications among many other things. She is married to Larry and has one son, Tyler Chase. Her hobbies include shopping, working with flowers and spending time with family. At work she enjoys working with the co-workers and especially appreciates Lee and Vicky.
 Sue Crist, Customer Service Representative

Sue has been working for the phone company for 17 years. Her job includes, answering the phone, taking applications and helping customers. She and her husband Mike have two children, Tasha & Travis. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the rodeos, riding on the Harley and shopping. Sue says working with her co-workers is fun and she likes having a boss that really cares about the employees.
 Jessica Grimes, Accounting

Jessica does various accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll and inventory control. Jessica has been with the company for just over a year. She has a wonderful husband, Rod and 4 grandchildren. Her hobbies include; working with her husband restoring cars, gardening and spending time with family. Jessica feels like she works with great people.

Teresa started working for Nehalem Tel in October 2001. Her job includes answering the phone, helping customers at the counter, processing payments and taking new applications for services. She and her husband Dennis have two children, Andy and Kellie. She enjoys flower gardening, shopping and reading. She enjoys working for NT&T and feels that everyone in the company is great to work with.
